About this role

Evergreen Innovation Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent with five or more years of commercial electrical construction experience to oversee daily scheduling and field coordination. This role involves leading the planning and execution of system start-up, testing, and commissioning while collaborating with project executives and regional leadership. The superintendent will manage installation of various systems, including low voltage, fire/life safety, and automation, ensuring quality and safety compliance across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage installation and coordination of complex electrical and low-voltage systems
Develop and oversee project-specific electrical quality and safety programs
Create and update construction schedules while monitoring logic relationships
Coordinate subcontractor scopes and resources with self-perform work crews
Produce commissioning plans defining test requirements and integrated test plans
