Electrical Superintendent

The Electrical Superintendent leads crews on various-sized projects, performing hands-on electrical tasks such as installing equipment, pulling cable, and excavation while supervising field personnel. This physically demanding role requires coordinating production, managing manpower and materials, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations. The position involves mentoring team members, communicating with project management and other trades, and interpreting blueprints to meet project specifications.
