About this role

The Electrician at Aro Homes is responsible for overseeing the complete scope of electrical work in single-family residential construction, from rough-in through final trim, ensuring compliance with design documents and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. This role involves leading electrical installations, conducting system testing and inspections, troubleshooting issues, and supporting smart home and energy-efficient system integrations. The Electrician will also mentor less experienced team members while collaborating with various trades to streamline project execution and improve building quality. Journeyman-level experience in residential electrical systems and a strong safety mindset are essential for success in this position.
