About this role

Marathon Petroleum’s St. Paul Park Refinery is hiring a full-time Electrician reporting to the Electrical Foreman. The role supports safe, compliant, and reliable refinery operations by maintaining refinery electrical systems and working a 4x10 day-shift schedule (Mon–Thu) with some weekends/holidays as needed. The position includes an initial training rate with progression to a maximum rate based on demonstrated proficiency.
