About this role
Qualified Electrician role within Gentoo’s Property Maintenance team, working across the City of Sunderland to support the organisation’s social housing mission. The position supports delivery of safe, decent, energy-efficient homes by maintaining, installing and testing electrical systems in domestic and non-domestic properties. The role includes a standard 36-hour Mon–Fri working week with some flexibility and hybrid working options. Training and development opportunities are provided to support professional growth.
