Electrician

The Electrician is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and alterations of all electrical equipment at Building Authority properties. This role involves performing maintenance on systems such as lighting, generators, and HVAC, as well as installing communication cables, switches, and fire alarm equipment. The position requires interpreting blueprints, applying the National Electrical Code, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
