Electrician

The Electrician is responsible for disassembling, assembling, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in surface and underground mining operations. This role ensures compliance with Redpath and government regulations while performing maintenance on ventilation fans, pumps, lighting, and high and low voltage power systems. The position requires working overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve training new employees or apprentices.
