Electro-Mechanical Technician (4-Day Work Week / 1st Shift)

The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex production machinery in a high‑autonomy custom manufacturing facility. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic components, and collaborating with plant management and engineering to minimize equipment downtime.
