Electro-Mechanical Technician

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and performing preventative and reactive maintenance on precision manufacturing equipment to maximize technical uptime and equipment availability. The position involves leading maintenance teams, executing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) events, and utilizing a CMMS to track and plan maintenance activities. The successful candidate will provide hands-on training, troubleshoot PLCs, and collaborate with operations to improve maintenance processes.
