Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Manager Support

This role supports the Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager by monitoring telecommunications systems plans, policies, and procedures while acting as the implementation program manager for EMS usage within the command. The position involves analyzing and processing EMS equipment certifications, supporting the End-to-End Spectrum Supportability system, and managing RF assignments through the Spectrum XXI database. The individual will also assist in interpreting regulations, conducting inspections, and maintaining frequency records to ensure compliance with Air Force and NTIA standards.
