Electromagnetics (EM) and Packaging Design Engineer

Kilby Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced electromagnetic modeling engineer to support various TI product developments, including Silicon Photonics, RF filters, and 2.5D/3D heterogeneously integrated systems. The role involves leading electromagnetic modeling needs, building and analyzing RF passive structure models, and performing simulations to develop innovative, high-performance solutions. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategy for high-frequency and high-speed interconnect simulations.
