Electronic Banking Representative

The Electronic Banking Representative processes and balances incoming and outgoing Automated Clearing House (ACH) files and wire transfers, including SWIFT processing and returns. This role involves researching and resolving customer inquiries related to ACH and wire transfers while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines. The position requires collaboration with the Computer Room, Treasury Management, and International Banking departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
