Electronic Engineering MEng Placement

This 6-month paid placement offers final or penultimate-year MEng students the opportunity to work on real-world electronics design projects for radar or electro-optic products at Leonardo's Edinburgh or Newcastle sites. The role involves applying academic knowledge to practical engineering challenges, developing technical skills with state-of-the-art tools, and contributing to avionics sensor systems under the guidance of experienced engineers. Participants will gain hands-on experience across the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing, while preparing for potential progression to the Graduate Development Programme.
