Flexicon Corporation
The Electronic Technician II is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment, wiring, and resources within the tube manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role leads and mentors a team of technicians, implements solutions to reduce downtime, and supports preventive maintenance and equipment installation. The position also participates in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and drives continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
