Electronics Packaging, Reliability & Test Engineer

This role involves leading prototype hardware build, reliability testing, and failure analysis for the U.S. Army Research Laboratory. The position requires expertise in electronics packaging, thermal and mechanical analysis, and bench-level testing to deliver rugged, field-ready systems. The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to package and protect die-level and PCB assemblies while executing rigorous lab and field test campaigns.
