About this role

The SCA – Electronics Technician III supports the Federal Aviation Administration's National Airspace System by performing installation, modification, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on various electronic systems and equipment. This role involves working independently or with limited supervision to handle navigation aids, communications systems, and associated power/control equipment across the nation.

Responsibilities

Install and remove electronic navigation and communication systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to the unit or module level
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Route, terminate, label, and test coaxial, fiber, and copper cables
Document maintenance logs and record corrective actions per FAA requirements
