Electroplating Process Engineer

This role focuses on the development, optimization, and sustaining of electroplating processes for semiconductor applications, including Cu TSV, Damascene, and micro-bump technologies. The position involves conducting process characterization, troubleshooting defects, and executing Design of Experiments to establish process windows and evaluate new chemistries. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process development with technology roadmaps and product requirements.
