Elementary Deaf Education Teacher

This role supports literacy among learners who are deaf or hard of hearing in Kenya by addressing systemic barriers such as late identification and limited access to language. The position involves strengthening teachers' KSL knowledge, supporting effective early literacy instruction methods, and developing adapted teaching materials. Volunteers will also engage parents and community members to promote KSL and foster a stronger reading culture.
