Elementary Learning Specialist (Grades K–5)

Springfield Public Schools is seeking a Temporary, Full-Time Elementary Learning Specialist for the 2026–27 school year to provide specialized support that helps K–5 students access, engage in, and succeed within the core curriculum. This role focuses on fostering safe, inclusive learning environments and eliminating inequities in student achievement through collaboration with staff, students, and families. The position requires a valid Oregon teaching license with a Special Education: Generalist endorsement and a strong understanding of MTSS and RtI frameworks.
