Elementary Special Education Teacher

The RFK Community Alliance is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Elementary Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse social, emotional, behavioral, mental health, and learning disabilities in a therapeutic day school setting. This role involves implementing academically challenging lessons aligned with state frameworks, fostering a trauma-responsive and nurturing classroom environment, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to meet individual student needs. The position is a 12-month, benefited role based in Lancaster, MA, requiring a Massachusetts Moderate Disabilities K-8 teaching certification.
