Eligibility & Benefits Supervisor

The Eligibility & Benefits Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s Eligibility and Benefits Team, ensuring individuals maintain access to Medicaid and other available benefits while minimizing coverage interruptions. The role involves monitoring team performance, developing standardized workflows, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid regulations and organizational policies. This position partners with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to support access to care and financial sustainability.
