Eligibility Case Processor

The Eligibility Case Processor is responsible for processing and certifying eligibility for voucher cases for families in need of child care within the Division of Child and Family Well-Being. The role involves liaising with the Eligibility Team Leader to ensure cases are processed accurately and timely according to office procedures and state regulations. This position supports the verification and re-certification of eligibility for low-income families receiving child care assistance vouchers.
