Eligibility Counselor

The Eligibility Counselor is responsible for conducting bedside screenings of uninsured hospital patients to determine their eligibility for government assistance programs and hospital financial aid. This role involves advancing patient accounts by collaborating with internal teams and patients to gather necessary information for applications. The position requires maintaining a caseload, ensuring compliance with confidentiality laws, and providing clear communication in English and/or Spanish.
