About this role

The Eligibility & Coverage Advocate serves as the liaison between participants and the WelbeHealth center team, helping enrolled participants maintain eligibility for benefits such as SSI, Medicaid (Medi‑Cal), and Medicare. The role supports the Eligibility & Reconciliation team to ensure accurate, timely resolution of eligibility issues and coordinates with participants, center staff, and government agencies. The position requires working onsite part of the week and involves close collaboration with county DPSS to ensure compliance with policies.
