Eligibility Specialist

The Eligibility Specialist supports patient access, enrollment, and financial navigation by identifying uninsured or financially vulnerable patients who may qualify for Medicaid, hospital financial assistance, or other community-based support programs. This role conducts real-time eligibility screenings, assists with application processes, and coordinates referrals to benefit programs to reduce financial barriers and improve payer conversion. The position works closely with care coordinators, patient access, and financial counseling teams to enhance continuity of care and long-term sustainability.
