Eligibility Supervisor

The Eligibility Supervisor oversees a team responsible for determining initial and ongoing eligibility for public assistance programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused service delivery in compliance with federal, state, and county regulations. This leadership role provides coaching, operational support, and performance management to staff in both in-person and virtual environments. The position also involves reviewing eligibility determinations, resolving client escalations, and representing the County in administrative appeals.
