About this role
The English Language Training (ELT) Instructor at the International Rescue Committee provides integrated language education for refugees and other non-native English speakers in the Wichita office. The position supports IRC’s resettlement and economic empowerment programs by contributing to clients’ English proficiency and overall integration outcomes. The role is based in a programmatic office serving local refugee populations and works with community partners and employment services to support client progress.
