About this role

Hunter Douglas is seeking an Embedded Hardware Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for its motorization hardware platform, owning the design of embedded electronics from concept through high-volume production. This hands-on role involves architecting and laying out schematics and PCBs for automated window covering products, including low-power and wireless RF designs. The position requires expertise in mixed-signal, RF, and power circuits, as well as mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines to bring products to market.
