EMEA Controller

The EMEA Controller oversees accounting for Thornton Tomasetti's UK and Europe entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with US/UK GAAP. Acting as the leader for a geographically distributed team, the role drives consistency across regions, manages external and internal audits, and guides process improvement initiatives while collaborating with global finance stakeholders. This position requires managing the month-end close, establishing control frameworks, and developing a finance staff team of five.
