EMEA Payroll Manager

Sompo is seeking a Payroll Manager for the EMEA region based in London to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries including the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and others. The role ensures compliance with varying local tax laws and social security requirements while managing payroll data integration and reporting to HR and Finance teams. Additionally, the manager will lead a small team and collaborate with external vendors to maintain accurate and timely payments.
