Emergency Communications Dispatcher

This position is responsible for providing 24-hour emergency communications services by receiving, evaluating, and dispatching requests for police, fire, animal management, and EMS. The role involves gathering critical information, providing life-saving instructions, and maintaining accurate records to ensure responder and public safety. The dispatcher also conducts criminal history checks, updates responders via radio and computer, and trains new employees.
