Emergency Department Director

This role involves leading one of the region's busiest emergency departments at a mission-driven academic medical center, overseeing clinical and operational performance for a high-volume, high-acuity unit. The position requires managing approximately 400 team members, developing frontline leaders, and driving strategic initiatives to strengthen culture and operational improvement. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer and collaborate within a strong academic teaching environment.
