About this role

ChristianaCare is seeking a new graduate or recent nursing graduate to join the Emergency Department Nurse Residency Program, a comprehensive 26-week initiative designed to transition residents from Graduate Nurse to Registered Nurse. The program combines classroom instruction, simulation-based learning, and hands-on clinical training to develop clinical competency and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced emergency care environment.
