Emergency Department RN

The Emergency Department RN at MidState Medical Center provides patient-centered care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families. The role involves working under the direction of the Nurse Manager in a state-of-the-art ED featuring 56 private rooms, direct access to laboratory and radiology services, and a dedicated Acute Behavioral Health Unit. The position requires managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting while maintaining a focus on quality stroke care and cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation.
