Emergency Dispatch Operator

The Emergency Dispatch Operator provides 24/7 emergency dispatch services for University of Utah Health facilities, using multi-line telephone and computer systems to receive, relay, and log information for medical and non‑medical emergencies. The role acts as a liaison for inpatient and staff non‑medical requests, manages incident reporting, and supports Smart Web and paging systems while maintaining high customer service standards.
