Emergency Management and Resilience Coordinator

The Emergency Management and Resilience Coordinator plans, coordinates, and evaluates the citywide emergency management and resilience program for the Santa Fe Springs Fire-Rescue Department. This role involves strengthening mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery, and community resilience by maintaining emergency plans, coordinating the Emergency Operations Center, and developing training and exercises. The position supports emergency public information, alert and warning, disaster cost recovery, and grant administration while working with city departments and external partners.
