Emergency Management Coordinator

The Emergency Management Coordinator serves as the principal advisor to the Nueces County Judge on emergency management, overseeing the county's comprehensive emergency management program and daily operations of the Office of Emergency Management. The role leads planning, preparedness, mitigation, response, recovery, and homeland security initiatives, manages the Emergency Operations Center, and coordinates with local, state, and federal partners. It also involves budget and grant administration, public outreach, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
