About this role
The EMS Coordinator at Grant Medical Center facilitates relationships and programs with EMS and other prehospital care, transport, and education organizations. The role supports development of clinical, operational, educational, and technology-based resources to improve prehospital care and performance improvement processes. The position represents the hospital in regional trauma and prehospital committees and pursues current EMS practice and research.

Qualifications
- High School or GED
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)
- Paramedic - State of Ohio Certification
- Ohio EMS or CE Instructor
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- ITLS or PHTLS
- National Registry Paramedic (NRP) (to be obtained within 6 months)
