Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a critical member of the Operations team responsible for providing Basic Life Support patient care and medical transportation in accordance with protocol and company policy. The role involves handling inter-facility transports, non-emergency calls, and emergency calls while utilizing teamwork and communication skills to ensure high-quality patient care. As an ambassador of American Ambulance, the EMT interacts with the public, first responders, healthcare providers, and internal operational teams.
