Covalent Medical Management is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to establish a long-term relationship with a growing community hospital in Southwest Florida for a new Emergency Department launching in January 2027. The full-time 1099 independent contractor role offers approximately $432,000 in annualized clinical compensation, an $80,000 sign-on and relocation package, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Physicians will work a predictable schedule of 12 twelve-hour shifts per month with dedicated APP support and collaborative leadership.
