Emergency Response Supervisor

The Emergency Response Supervisor provides leadership and operational direction for a multi-jurisdictional Emergency Response Team supporting Southern Company Gas utilities across four states. This critical leadership position maintains safe, efficient, and reliable call center operations while directly leading a team of 15 or more hourly union employees. The role involves monitoring operational performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving key performance indicators in a high-volume, fast-paced, omni-channel customer contact environment. The Supervisor also maintains on-call responsibilities to address unforeseen operational issues and ensure business continuity.
