Center For Youth
The Emergency Shelter Case Manager provides 24/7 emergency survival-support services to homeless and runaway youth, focusing on building trusting relationships and utilizing a strength-based approach. The role involves case management, crisis intervention, and developing strategies to meet client needs while supporting daily shelter activities. This position partners with the Youth and Family Counselor to deliver comprehensive support and ensure a safe environment for youth.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
