About this role
The Emergency Room Technician provides direct patient care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position is a regular hourly employee of the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) working 36 scheduled weekly hours with mid- and night-shift schedules (for example, 10a–10p or 7p–7a). The role is based at the Medical University of South Carolina and participates in state benefits and retirement programs.
