Sonepar
The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a 12-month rotational program designed to educate and develop emerging professionals through hands-on experience in various business areas. Participants gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, and project management while building business acumen through mentorship. The program concludes with a presentation to executive leadership on key strategic initiatives.
