Emerging Talent Administrator

The Emerging Talent Administrator supports the firm's Emerging Talent programmes by managing the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and ongoing administration. This role involves coordinating candidate assessments, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for future Trainees, Solicitor Apprentices, and Secondees. The position requires close collaboration with HR Operations teams and stakeholders to handle recruitment logistics, data updates, and employee lifecycle processes.
