Employability Administrator

The Employability Administrator role supports a team of Employment Advisers and Trainers in delivering the Restart Scheme to participants referred by local Job Centre Plus. This position involves providing excellent customer service, managing customer data across multiple databases, and scheduling training sessions to ensure timely and well-coordinated support for participants. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
