Employee and Labor Relations Representative

The Employee and Labor Relations Representative supports ISMMS Labor/Employee Relations initiatives and daily operations, including investigations, employee counseling, and contract negotiation support. This role provides guidance on grievances, leaves of absence, and disciplinary matters while assisting departmental leadership with decision support and case preparation. The position also involves interpreting HR policies, maintaining reports for bargaining unit contracts, and serving as a back-up for disaster drill tasks.
