Employee Assistance Counselor

The Employee Assistance Counselor provides accessible, confidential, in-the-moment emotional and behavioral health support to Inova team members and leaders across the IFMC and ICPH campuses. This role focuses on early intervention, brief support, stabilization, resource connection, and strengthening team member wellbeing and resilience. The counselor does not function as a traditional outpatient therapist or maintain an ongoing therapy caseload.
