About this role

The Account Specialist is an entry-level role on the Corporate Synergies team supporting sales, account management and underwriting for employee benefits accounts. The position focuses on developing industry knowledge through training while assisting with client lifecycle tasks including onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals. The role interacts with carriers, vendors and clients and contributes to preparation of materials, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. This position is based in the Philly Metro region and supports multiple client accounts as part of a growing brokerage and consulting firm.
