Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategy to inform and align employees
• Draft and edit internal communications content including emails, newsletters, and presentations
• Coordinate and execute Global Company All Hands events and other key internal events
• Support major company programs and change initiatives with integrated employee communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and prioritize employee communications
• Develop templates, editorial calendars, and communication workflows for consistency and efficiency
• Track performance metrics and report on internal communications effectiveness
